FGH portable heating and control systems are extensively used in the UK and North America for stress relieving welded structures, especially structural steel work.

A single rugged, transportable housing contains a Profile Generator, a number of zone controllers and thyristors to control the power to heating blankets. Zone temperatures can be set as actual temperatures, or as differences form the central, master zone, making it simple for operators to follow setting up instructions.

An optional PC interface allows recipes to be downloaded and records to be uploaded on site using a lap-top computer.
