How to install the ICU Setup Software:

Download one of the above files into a temporary directory. When the download is complete, use Explorer or the Start | Run command line to run the downloaded file. This will automatically unzip the ICU Setup installation files into the current directory. Use Explorer or the Start | Run command line to run the unzipped setup.exe file.

The ICU Setup Installation will now begin, just follow the on-screen instructions.
