A one year warranty on all FGH instruments covers the customer against all aspects of poor workmanship, defects and faulty materials. FGH pride themselves on the quality long field life of their products, but as every engineer knows, being in the conditions and environment that is this field of industry, instruments do wear out. For peace of mind, FGH runs its very own in-house repair workshop, where it is possible to have any of their controllers, profilers or other instruments refurbished, repaired or upgraded. This is carried out by our experienced Service Engineer, Richard Cuthill, who has been troubleshooting and repairing equipment of an FGH nature for over 20 years. All repairs (where possible) are carried out in a matter of days, and returned directly to the sender. We realise the important role that FGH instruments play within industry, so we try to have them back and working within a panel in the shortest possible time!! Site visits are also possible, if multiple repairs need to be carried out. Or alternatively, submit a Repair Report Form. A calibration service is also available from FGH's service department which is available for calibration of our instruments, as well as our range of Ezecal portable calibrators. The calibrations carried out are to traceable NPL or NAMAS standards. All calibrations include a certificate. An on site visit is possible, for multiple instruments and conditions where it is just not practical to remove them from their panel.
