- Events -

Currently in historical mode.

The messages fall into three categories:

• Events
  The events displayed here are fairly general such as, a new user has logged in or a user has logged out etc.
  

• Errors
  The messages displayed here inform the user of errors such as, failure to open a communications port or bad object data when loading a file etc.
  
• Warnings
  The messages displayed here inform the user of warnings such as, failure to read or write data etc.

To load and display all the files, event, error and warnings for the required date do the following. Press the History button in the events window. Then selected the date required by clicking it with the mouse pointer, scroll the window as necessary. When selected press the Select button. The required files will now be loaded into the event windows. You will notice that the History button has been replaced by a button called Current. Press this button to return to the current days messages.

Note: If required the event log can popup on errors to inform the user of problems. To do this check the Popup on Errors box in the Application Setup dialog.
